North Carolina Screenwriters
 
Welcome to North Carolina Screenwriters Established in 2001, North Carolina Screenwriters [NCS] is a not for profit organization with a mission to promote the art of screenwriting in North Carolina. We support and encourage screenwriters through group meetings, team projects and by offering beginner and intermediate screenwriting classes. Members of NCS have a diverse background in production including writing, producing, directing, acting, costume design and editing on feature films, television shows, commercials and shorts. NCS meets in Winston-Salem, North Carolina every two weeks on Sunday nights at 7:30 PM. Meetings usually include an update on activities, a presentation on a topic chosen by a member and a review of another member*s screenplay followed by a roundtable discussion of the script.
